The master's thesis is a research paper, which is written based on the data collected in the course of practical training. The main parts of the thesis are: introduction with aims of the work, review of literature, material and methods, results and discussion, summary and conclusions, references. The data presented in the thesis must be statistically analyzed. The presentation of master thesis takes place on the open defence.
